Digest: Future Plans
It's been a few days since the release of update 1.33. All this time we have been monitoring it, checking its success and learning your feedback.
Magmarion is happy to meet you in battle and compete with you. But this is not the limit, and very soon you will be able to see him in full power! That said, we won't stop watching him, as well as the update in general, and we're ready to cool the heat if it gets too strong!
In this article, we want to talk more about what is waiting for you in the near future and what we want to focus on, bringing it to life before the end of the year.
Raids
Our team keeps an eye on the UX component of the raids. We take all of your feedback into account as we work on raids.
As part of the last update, a significant part of raid rewards have been moved to quests so that you have the opportunity to get rewards more concisely within the week.
Also, as we said before, next week we will add a training room so you can look at the effectiveness of your builds and rate your damage in raids.
We, in turn, will keep a close eye on the current fighting system and make it more stable.
New Styles
At the end of May you'll be able to master a new style that wasn't previously available in Shadow Fight 3, and next month you'll be able to try another style that many of you have been asking us for!
Future Plans
One of the updates for version 1.33 will take you even deeper into the story of the world, as the story of your journey through the Void will begin to unravel.
Tip: Don't forget that any activity and choices related to the Void (including mini-events) will affect how the world of the Void will evolve and what story will be written in it.
Version 1.34 is planned to be the last update with the prefix 1.x.x.
There will be faction wars, changes to the lobby and other interfaces, a reworking of the ratings and mechanics of improving sets.
There are a lot of changes, so we will prepare separate articles to share everything. For now we are ready to share a little teasers of what to expect in the future. Remember that all of this is in the early stages of development and may look different at the release stage.
The last big update, prescheduled for this year, will have the proud number 2.0.0.
In it, we plan to add Clans(temporary name) and other social activities to the game, which, by the way, we already told you about in earlier articles with plans.
Within the Clans system we will focus on a few main points:
- Clans should not be a «copy» of the clans from Shadow Fight 2
- Clans and social activities should be a voluminous and leading part of the new gameplay, not just an addition to the current one
- The activities that the «social» part of the game provides should give a new, unique experience that you couldn't get in any other Shadow Fight game so far, but by leaving and enhancing the unique features of Shadow Fight 3
- The social activities should bring something new to players who want to team up in large groups as well as singles
- Confrontation and interaction should take place not only between players or groups of players, but also between the world of Void \ Shadow and the players that unite.
«Join groups, form alliances, fight with each other for a place under the sun and get ready to face external dangers, or be a soldier of fortune, who looks for benefits only for himself everywhere. The choice is up to you!» (c)
In addition, this year we will try to release an update with cosmetics, which will include new faces and hairstyles.
We also want to improve the interaction with the cosmetic items, so you can customize your character even more conveniently(the ability to paint items without the set, more convenient work with the aspects). Along with this, we plan to redesign the inventory and collections to make them more convenient to use.
We will talk more about these and other updates closer to the release of update 1.34.
