We continue our series of blogs in which we talk about the future changes in Shadow Fight 3. Today we'll tell you about the past «Rivalry» event, share our plans for the «New Year» event, and talk about working with fighting styles.

Rivalry

We were pleased with the results of the event. Most of the players took an active part in fights for their chosen faction, and some were so carried away by «Rivalry» (we called it «Struggle» on Twitter) that they decided to compete for first place in the rating.

Despite their numerical advantage, the Legion fighters were unable to snatch victory from the hands of the Heralds, although they were close to it.

In the near future, the «Ice Stalker» skin will be added to the game, which can be obtained in the New Year's Event Battle Pass, and in the future, it will be possible to obtain it in other ways. But we will not leave the Legionnaires' efforts forgotten. A skin for the «Condensing Eraser» set will be waiting for you very soon!

New Year

The New Year is upon us and we can't wait to share the pre-holiday mood with you!

This year's «New Year's event» will be very different from the rest. By participating in fights, completing Battle Passes and Marathon quests you will be able to improve your «Gifts of the North» - weapons that can only be used in the New Year event. If you fight hard enough to become the «Chosen One» you will be able to take one or even more «Gifts of the North» with you.

Working with fighting styles

Over the course of Shadow Fight 3's existence, a wide variety of fighting styles have been created in which everyone can find a style for themselves. But some styles require tweaks that will highlight their unique characteristics. We want to update some of the styles to better match the current state of the game. The first with the improvements will be the «Sabers» style. You can check these changes in the «Dragon Lesson» event which is already available in the game!

Also, already now, the legendary Ninjato set and special move are available in chests and other rewards starting from Itu's Plane.

In the next dev digest we'll tell you about the planned changes to the store, Raids and the successes of the players this year, but in the meantime please share your thoughts on these changes, we hope you'll enjoy them!
