Task 1

In the diagrams, we can see how and how cement is made, as well as how concrete is produced.

Overall, we see that this is a very difficult process. At first glance, this may look a little unclear, but if you look closely, you will understand everything.

In the first picture, we see that at the very beginning of the process, the lime and clay are passed through the crusher to the powder stand. This is then piped through the mixer into a rotating heater. The powder rotates in a cylindrical vessel and is heated by heat. The resulting mass passes through the grinder and becomes cement. Then the cement is put in bags.

Next, we see that the resulting cement is poured into a concrete mixer along with water, sand and gravel. In concrete, cement is 15%, water is 10%, sand is 25% and gravel is 50%. After all this is mixed in the concrete mixer, we get our concrete.
