However, some people prefer to spend their free time on vacation. I think it's very important to let your brain rest, because it's already working continuously when we're not sleeping. It is very important to take care of yourself and not neglect your health. I believe that people who spend their time sleeping take great care of themselves. It is also possible that you will have more strength to do something if, for example, you sleep in your free time and completely relax. However, I, for example, prefer to stick to some middle ground.
