Can 2021 Isuzu MU-X compete with competitors?

The 2021 Isuzu MU-X was officially launched in Thailand. Isuzu hopes to follow the leading position in the PVV market by major upgrades to the exterior and interior, bringing the price to 1.109-15.79 million baht.

The brand-new MU-X has this concept-redefinition, and the management of Isuzu emphasized that this PPV utility vehicle uses most of the parts of D-Max, so it is easy to maintain and low maintenance cost.

Exterior and interior design

The creation of the exterior design is based on emotion and a solid concept, and the overall lines emphasize a sense of swing. Dual LED headlights and LED daytime running lights keep the lower part of the car stable, while Winglet Signature LED taillights have an electric tailgate opening and closing function.

There are 6 body colors to choose from: Marrakech Brown, Dolomite Pearl White, Etna Red, Bavarian Biotite, Iceberg Silver and Bohemian Silver.

The interior design is taken from the new Isuzu D-Max, but adds a feeling of luxury and high-end materials. It has a body-hugging design, electrically adjustable driver's seat and front passenger seat.

Both engines are powered by a 6-speed automatic transmission with terrain mode to enhance off-road driving performance. The suspension has coil springs with 4-wheel gas shock absorbers, and the front suspension has double wishbones. The rear suspension is a 5-link, with new improvements.
