Fingo

What is Fingo?

Fingo is a S2B2C company, assembling deals/products from various sources in a single e-hypermart platform. Most of the products are from China, with selection from Thailand, Malaysia and Australia too. For the products from China, its not wrong to say, you would find selections that are also available on Aliexpress, AliBaba, TaoBao and the like, albeit with lower prices, especially during sales. The ultimate objective is to have 60% local content. Fingo is funded by venture capitalist company and is founded by Jack Yi, who used to work with Ali Baba. Fingo was founded in 2019 and launched into Malaysia in July 2019 and thereafter into Thailand and Singapore market. Planned launch into Indonesia is delayed due to Covid pandemic. Its big picture game plan is to launch into all countries of SEA and India/Taiwan. Fingo provides delivery through JNT and DHL courier mainly and for any product issues or returns, the buyer does not have to return the item, Fingo will arrange CityLink to pick up the item at the doorstep of the buyer and provides one to one replacement or 100% refund. There are 2 types of membership in Fingo.

  1. Shopper - you register your phone number, download the app and you can use it for online shopping. Watch out for sales and flash sales. During these sales prices are very close to factory price that Fingo is getting from their suppliers. Flash sales are held everyday Not every item that gets put onto Fingo is worth to buy. There is no such thing as cheap and very good. Quality always comes with price. That being said, there are plenty of products that are of good quality and have user testimony from the team members as well as customers to back it up. As a shopper you get a one time RM5 voucher. That's all there is to being a shopper.
  2. Preferred Shopper - PS. This is a self upgrade to enjoy
  • Cashback on own purchases ( about max 10%) which can be withdrawn to bank account
  • Have own link to invite shoppers to join their group
  • Cashback on purchases made by shoppers
  • Referral fee for shoppers who upgrade
  • Vouchers and Redemption points which can be used to offset purchases
  • Can do Dropship and get better margins on dropship
  • Can work on wholesale business from Costgo section of Fingo ( Factory direct at wholesale price)
  • Can focus to work on Brand Deals

For Brand Deals, we have an automated telegram bot which can be used to help increase sales by channelling shoppers into it and they can learn and go thru all the product testimony at their own pace. From own experience, sales conversion is higher when the "selling" is done by own conviction of shopper using item in the bot.

Dropship

Fingo has built in capability for us to do dropship. Fingo provides many items close to factory price to us. We choose the ones that we have testimony on and known good quality and we can choose to promote this via WA, FB etc ( training provided). We can use the pics from Fingo and put in our own mark up. Usually 80% to 100%. Customer pays us, we order in Fingo and put customers name and address. Fingo delivers to customer , always without invoice. Not very difficult to learn this and earn 200-500 a day.
