New People Quick Guide - After Get Shopper What to Do?
Okay so you have started to get your link posted and people have begin to click and become your shopper.
What to do next? - best answer contact me for refresher of below. But the below is already self guided tutorial what to do next.
- Approach your shopper and greet and if u dont know them ask their name and inform them that they have joined your Fingo team. Dont use the word "you joined UNDER me". No, not nice. We are a team, they joined IN your team.
- Ask them if they have downloaded the app. Here , if you have a clear mental map how the download process and log in happens it will help, if u your self cannot remember, send them this link and it wont hurt you to know the steps. 3.You have a right to ask them what is their intention, since they put in the effort to fill in the phone number and etc to register. Ask them if they intend to make money or save money, no matter what they answer, the solution you provide is Preferred Shopper ( which is good for them anyway). They will ask u what is Preferred Shopper ( PS) or even you can ask them , do they know what is PS? of course they wont, then you send them this video, ask them to watch
4.After they watch the video, you can direct ask them, do they understand what PS is right now? (Dont ask them IF they want to become PS?)
If they answer they still dont know what PS is
you can explain
a) PS get 10-25% cash back on own purchase
b) Get a link to invite shoppers who can later upgrade to PS
c) 10-25% cash back from Shoppers spending
d) If shopper upgrade, referral fee RM15 to RM135 depending on package and the PS's own level ( just keep it simple, u can use a round number RM50)
5.Guide them to open the app and locate this button. Just make sure they are logged in and u are their inviter.
6.Guide them to go to Preferred Button and choose the PS product. Use this steps, pls run thru this https://telegra.ph/Hello-06-05-17
You can even call them with whatsapp call, put on speaker phone and guide them over the phone. Dont use normal call, cause when u do normal call, internet is cut off and their app wont respond.
7.At this juncture, if they hesitate or pull out etc, just ask them what their challenge is and if you can assist in anything . Sometimes, some of them have extra 1-2 questions, some waiting for salary, etc. if you can convert them to PS right away, fine, if they still want to think about it, put them in FIngo Dreams Facebook group and /or Fingo Shoppers group.
Many of you dont put your shoppers there. Your shoppers are already linked to you, they cannot go and join other people, pls put them into this group. In this groups I feed them daily information why its best to be PS.
8.After a few days, chat up with them , talk other topic but dont talk Fingo. Now they will worry a bit, how come you have not bring up the topic. U can keep the chat short. Let it sink and process in their heads. In between the days you can feed them info, snippets like this.( which u can take from my posts in Fingo shoppers telegram group)
9.Some will become PS fast. Some will need time, some may even take 2 months, but in mean time, they must have visibility that you are still posting about Fingo and moving on with or without them as PS. Do not treat them any differently because they cannot be PS on the spot. Maintain cordial relationship, keep feeding info on price comparison and benefit of PS and be friendly. At end of day relationship is more important than money.
Having shoppers is like cooking pancakes ( apom balik) like below, your pour your mixture into one and move on to next, next next and then you sprinkle some info into the first one and move to pouring into 4, 5,6, then you sprinkle more stuff into 2,3, and maybe turn the first 1 , some get cooked instantly, some need more info or time or clarity of mind. Enjoy the process and dont be so cooked up that you must produce PS daily.
Everyday, the PS i put forward, some are instant PS, some are those I had signed on as shopper some time back but I did the right thing by putting them into Fingo Dreams.
