Sleepy course 😴 Day 8

Today is a very short and easy but important day. ☝️ We will continue making sleep improvement exciting and delightful by finding you amazing company. Research shows that people who study in groups achieve higher results than those who study alone.

Besides, being part of a group is a good external motivator. Let’s build another stage for our rocket. 🚀

How are we going to do it?

  1. Share your new knowledge with friends, family, and colleagues. This way you will get more value from the course and your new hobby. Many people are motivated by being helpful to others. Already, you can advise to wear socks to bed, explain the importance of turning off the lights, or tell some interesting facts. It’s not only useful but fascinating as well.
  2. I will be very happy if you join my Facebook messenger chat. You can ask for advice there or share your experiences. I’ve recently started adding people to it. There aren’t many people but soon there will be more. 😏 Another bonus, my developers read the chat. I taught them everything. 😎 Now. they are experts in sleep improvement and can answer your questions.
