About the project: The client works in the nutrition industry and sells weight loss programmes through online marathons.

Greetings, everyone! My name is Victoria. I am an SMM specialist. I am a graduate of Damir Khalilov's school in 2022 SMM 2022 course.

In this case study, I will tell you about promoting an online marathon - "Slimness Relay.

Project goal: To attract and motivate the target audience to participate in an online weight loss marathon through an effective promotion strategy.

The stages of promotion that were involved:

1. Compiled CJM - Customer Journey Map

This is essential for improving customer interactions, optimising user experience and creating successful marketing strategies. It is a tool that helps the company to better understand and fulfil customer needs at every stage of interaction.

2. Compiled Customer Avatars

Composing a customer avatar, is an important step in marketing strategy and sales. This is done in order to better understand your target audience. A customer avatar helps you understand your target audience better. You can identify their needs, problems, interests and goals. By knowing who your target audience is, you can avoid wasting money on irrelevant marketing efforts.

3. Plan for working with the client:

Analysing the objectives and current status:

  • Free webinar "Start Your Path to Health" to engage your audience
  • Questioning participants to understand their goals and expectations
  • Use of hashtags

Involvement and participation:

  • Organising contests, quizzes and Challenges with prizes from partners
  • Webinars with nutrition and fitness experts
  • Video tutorials with exercise and recipe demonstrations

Personalised approach:

  • Answers to participants' questions, personal success stories
  • Online testing to determine your physical activity level and design an individual programme

4. A sales funnel was drawn up

5. Analysis and optimisation

  • Regular monitoring of participation and activity
  • Collecting feedback through questionnaires and testimonials
  • Making adjustments to content and strategy based on findings

Bottom line: Effective online weight loss marathon promotion involves deep understanding of the target audience, creating valuable content, engagement and support, and planning and analysing the sales funnel. Proper SMM allows you to attract and retain your audience, helping them achieve their goals and creating long-term engagement with the brand.
