Rules
Hello. These Privacy Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are an integral part of the License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The Rules apply to the Services (Services) and products offered by the Copyright Owner under the License Agreement.
By using the Service (Services) provided by the Copyright Owner, the User agrees to these Rules. If the User does not comply with these Rules, he / she is obliged to stop using the Service (Service).
Terms and definitions
1.1. The words and expressions used in these Rules have the following meanings, unless otherwise specified below:
a) User - a person who concludes an Agreement with the Copyright Owner for his or her interests in accordance with the requirements of existing legislation and the Agreement.
b) Service / Game - information services that provide user interaction and functionality from information technology and telecommunications networks (including the network) provided by the Copyright Owner on the basis of the Crocodile Game (Bot) software package in accordance with the terms of the Agreement collection.
c) Account - an account verified directly by the User in Messenger.
d) Group chat - A group chat in Messenger, where the service is provided.
Confidential information collected and processed by the copyright owner
2.1. Confidential information under these Rules is as follows:
USERNAME (@username) used within Telegram Messenger
NAME AND SURNAME used in Telegram Messenger
LANGUAGE settings in Telegram Messenger
2.2. According to the legislation of Azerbaijan, a legal entity does not use your information and does not send that information to a third party. Your confidential information may only be used for the following purposes:
To allow group users to create and join the game
To ensure the operation of the service
Copyright, for improvement work
FOR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
2.3. By posting confidential information of third parties (submitting it to the Copyright Owner), the User guarantees that he has obtained all necessary permits and approvals for these actions, as well as ensures full and unconditional consent of these persons to all provisions of these Privacy Rules.
2.4. The user may voluntarily provide any information about himself to third parties when using the Service (Service). This information is considered public and therefore the Copyright Holder is not responsible for the consequences of such actions by the User.
Storage of personal information:
3.1. Your personal information and group internal correspondence are stored on our SERVERS
3.2. No such personal information or correspondence shall be transmitted to any person, including you
3.3. Correspondence and personal information are protected on the SERVER. And the third person is unlikely to read it. All information is hidden in the HTML page with the HTTPS protocol.
