Hi! I had so much ideas here is some of them I've made so far.
Since Smolder is meme related, I decided to do something that is silly/absurd that will catch people's attention and not leave them indifferent.
The first sketch below is suitable for different important announcements.
Next, I decided to look for more old and famous memes to combine burning Elmo with. The reference for this sketch was the "this is fine" meme.
This sketch is more provocative, it has a trigger and is sure to get people's attention.
Next, a couple ideas for your inquiry about army of little fired up red Elmos and one big giant Elmo behind them.
In the first sketch there is a huge Elmo and his little copies burning together behind which is the skyline of the city. There are also chains flying from the huge Elmo. They are meant to be in a more scifi-cyberpunk style, is an allegory for blockchain
In the second sketch with this theme, I depicted a maelstrom, a burning tornado of little burning Elmo's, and in the middle of the maelstrom there is godfather Smolder beginning to awakening
