1. Download Happ from Google Play. If Google Play is unavailable, use the alternative download link provided.
2. Copy the subscription link we sent you.
3. Open Happ.
4. Tap “From Clipboard” to add your subscription.
5. Select any available server from the list.
6. Tap the round Connect button.

🍎 iPhone / iPad

You can use any of the following apps:

• HAPP
• Incy
• Shadowrocket — recommended for use in China, but it is a paid app
• Clash Lite — use this if the other apps are unavailable

Setup:

1. Install one of the apps above.
2. Copy the subscription link we sent you.
3. Open the app.
4. Tap “+” and select “From Clipboard”.
5. Select any available server.
6. Tap the round Connect button.

💻 Windows

4. Paste the link into the subscription field and confirm.
5. Tap the round Connect button.

❗️Important Information

1. Internet connection in China

For the most stable connection, we recommend using:

• your own home Wi-Fi; or
• mobile internet from a physical Chinese SIM card purchased in China.

VPN connections may be less stable on Wi-Fi networks in hotels, restaurants, universities, dormitories, airports, and other public places. These networks may apply additional traffic filtering or restrictions.

Connections via eSIM or international roaming may also be less stable.

2. China servers

Servers specifically optimized for China are intended to be used inside mainland China. They may be unavailable or may not work correctly when you are in another country.

3. Sharing your subscription

One subscription can be used by a maximum of 2 people.

Please do not share your subscription with additional users. Excessive simultaneous usage may cause connection issues for everyone using the same subscription.

4. If a server stops working

Individual servers may occasionally become unavailable.

If this happens:

1. Open your VPN app.
2. Refresh/update your subscription.
3. Select another server from the list.
4. Connect again.

You do not need to wait for the unavailable server to come back online.

5. Monthly traffic limits

🔸 Standard: 300 GB/month
🔹 Premium: 600 GB/month

Traffic limits automatically reset on the 1st day of every month.

If you use all your traffic before the monthly reset, contact support to request an early reset.

The cost of an early traffic reset is equal to one month of your current subscription plan.
