⚙️ 1. Application Processing
1.1. The application processing time is up to 1 business day from the moment of the request.

💬 2. Communication with Support
2.1. Spamming, insults, offensive language, misleading, or deception are grounds for limiting support and/or blocking access to the bot without further investigation of the issue.

🛒 3. Purchase and Recording
3.1. It is recommended to record the purchase on video.
The recording should start before pressing the "Buy" button and continue until the product is fully checked (if possible).
3.2. In the case of an invalid product, a replacement will be provided if video evidence (proof) is provided within 30 minutes after purchase.

💳 4. Refunds
4.1. If the product is not provided through the corrected method of receipt, a refund will be issued.
4.2. If the product is delivered but later withdrawn by the supplier company, no refund will be issued.
4.3. For non-rendered or poor-quality service, a refund will be made to a bank card or e-wallet.

🕒 5. Usage Period
5.1. By purchasing the product, the user agrees to use the service within 24 hours from the moment of purchase.

🧾 6. Warranty
6.1. There is no warranty for digital products in global trade; however, our company offers a voluntary 3-day warranty from the date of purchase.
— Covers: proper access delivery and initial functionality.
— Does not cover: provider blocks, logging in without VPN, violation of usage rules.

🛡 7. Responsibility of the Parties
7.1. The seller is not responsible for the incorrect use of the product or ignoring instructions.
7.2. The seller is not responsible for blocks, failures, or changes in the policies of third-party services.
7.3. The user is responsible for the safety of data and funds after receiving the product.

📘 8. Usage and Restrictions
8.1. Before purchasing, it is necessary to carefully read the description and requirements of the product.
8.2. If a VPN or other settings are required, the user is responsible for providing them.
8.3. Reselling, transferring, or distributing the purchased product is prohibited without the administration's consent.

🔒 9. Privacy
9.1. All user data is used solely to fulfill the order.
9.2. The administration has the right to suspend access if suspicious activity is detected (multiple logins, bypassing security, etc.).
9.3. By leaving a review of the bot's performance, the user agrees to the possible publication of this review (in full or in part) in the bot's chat, on related platforms or channels, including the publication of their Telegram username if it is public.

⚖️ 10. Final Provisions
10.1. By making a purchase, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these rules.
10.2. The rules may change without prior notice; the current version is always available in the "📜 Rules" section.
10.3. In case of disputes, the project administration makes the decision based on the provided evidence.
