🔐 Perplexity — Login Guide

This guide explains how to log in to Perplexity using the account details you received after purchase.

Step 1. Sign In to Email (Outlook)

1. Open:
   👉 https://outlook.com
   (or use the Outlook mobile app)
2. Log in using:
• Email address
• Email password (provided to you)
3. Make sure you can access the inbox

Important (Security Step)

If Outlook asks you to add a backup email:

• Add your personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
• Confirm it with the verification code

This helps prevent access issues.

Step 2. Sign In to Perplexity

1. Open:
   👉 https://www.perplexity.ai
2. Click Log in
3. Choose Continue with email
   (Do NOT use Google / Apple login)
4. Enter:
• Email address
• Perplexity account password you received
5. Complete the login

Step 3. Finish

After logging in:

• Your Perplexity subscription is already active
• You can start using Perplexity immediately
• No additional setup is required

Troubleshooting

If you have issues logging in:

• Double-check email and password
• Check inbox for verification emails
• Refresh the page and try again
• Use Incognito / Private mode
• Try another browser (Chrome / Edge)
