Leads for apartment renovations at 7 dollars each.

Promotion of apartment renovation services and attracting potential clients through social media for a company based in Astana.

What we have done:

1. Market and Audience Research:

  • Conduct a competitive analysis and identify successful social media strategies of competitors.
  • Research the preferences and needs of the target audience: age, interests, issues related to renovations.

2. Strategy:

We developed a landing page in the form of a typical landing page and placed a quiz on the website. When clients completed the quiz, they received a preliminary cost estimate for the renovation, along with a home renovation guide as a small bonus.

We identified the target audience and segmented it based on their interests:

  • Renovation
  • Interior design
  • Designers
  • Residential complexes
  • Combinations of renovation and design, etc.

We began running advertisements to the landing page. We created and tested 27 different creatives, but two, in particular, garnered special attention. Both were related to reviewing previously completed apartments where individuals could assess the quality of the renovation.

In total, we obtained 84 leads at an average cost of 7 dollars each.

According to the client's feedback, the leads we received were of high quality, and all individuals were responsive.

In net terms, the client closed:

  • 2 turnkey houses
  • 1 turnkey townhouse
  • 4 turnkey apartments

And this occurred during the peak of the pandemic.

The conversion rate for sales was 8%.
