Restrictions and limitations

1. Multi-Accounting is Prohibited

• Each user may have only one account in the bot.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or increase reward chances is strictly forbidden.

2. Receiving Rewards from Multiple Accounts is Not Allowed

• Rewards from SunSpace JUMP must be credited to one primary account only.
• If the system detects one user collecting rewards from multiple accounts, all linked accounts will be frozen.

3. One Device / One Person Rule

• Registering or using multiple accounts from the same device is prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are linked to one user (e.g., by IP, behavior, or other data), they may be suspended.

What Does a Frozen Account Mean?

If an account violates the rules, the following restrictions apply:

✅ Allowed:

• Receiving rewards from SunSpace JUMP.
• Using the bot to purchase coins and tickets in the game.
• Participating in the Game Center (if available).

❌ Restricted:

• Withdrawing tokens from the bot.
• Transferring funds to other users.
• Making purchases in the bot’s shop (if applicable).

How to Avoid Freezing?

• Use only one account.
• Do not attempt to cheat the system—multi-accounting is easily detected.
• If your account was frozen by mistake, contact support.

Important!

The $SPC Wallet administration reserves the right to:

• Monitor suspicious activity.
• Freeze accounts without warning if rules are violated.
• Modify these rules (advance notice will be given).

Fair Play Rules

1. Fair Play
   The game is intended for mobile devices only. We strive for fair play and prohibit any methods of gaining unfair advantages.
2. Prohibited Actions
   ❌ Emulators – the game can only be played on real devices.
   ❌ Cheats, bots, scripts – any programs that provide an advantage (auto-clickers, mods, hacks).
   ❌ Exploiting bugs – using game errors for personal gain.
   ❌ Bypassing bans – attempts to return to the game after a ban using VPN, new accounts, etc.
3. Anti-Cheat System
   Our system automatically detects cheaters and violators.
   If cheats or violations are detected – a permanent ban without warning.
4. Anti-Cheat Errors and Appeals
   In rare cases, the anti-cheat may trigger incorrectly. If you have been unfairly banned:

• You can submit an appeal to the administrators.
• All cases are reviewed manually.
• If the ban was a mistake – your account will be restored without any losses.
