We’re hiring: Strategic Partnerships Manager
Super is one of the leading platforms in the DeFi space, offering yield strategies, staking, and farming with over 100 supported tokens and automated earning products. We combine the best DeFi tools into a single interface and are building a new financial infrastructure powered by the SuperChain blockchain.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us expand key partnerships across the Web3 and DeFi ecosystem.
Identify and initiate strategic partnerships with crypto platforms, protocols, L1/L2 blockchains, and Web3 services
Lead negotiations, sign partnership agreements, and develop long-term relationships with key industry players
Coordinate integrations and co-marketing campaigns (joint pools, AMAs, referral programs, etc.)
Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to launch and scale partnership initiatives
Track trends and discover new opportunities for expansion through collaboration
2+ years of experience in crypto / Web3 / DeFi in roles such as BD, partnerships, growth, or ecosystem
Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, farming, and liquidity infrastructure
Fluent in English (B2+/C1) with excellent communication skills for calls, events, and negotiations
Well-connected in the Web3 space with a valuable professional network
