This Newsletter is short and simple! We will be going over the Bot Arcade's infinite shutdown, Game Nights, MvM and Nova Games Future, Assistants finally rolling out, and the return of a certain type of stream! Enough yapping, let's get into it!
Fidgit on the Fritz!
Wondering why nothing happened in February regarding Bot Arcade? No, it's not because amp forgot (trust me bro) It's because half way through making the newest update for Bot Arcade, Fidgit's entire "Games Core" wiped! This deleted the entirety of Bot Arcade and over the last month I've been remaking...ALL of it. Thankfully, I'm almost done wrapping it up ghe new update for it announced in February's Newsletter. I was trying to get it done by March 1st, but no such luck. Expect to see it soon. February's Jackpot is now March's Jackpot. Any entries you earned via Level Ups and Bump Battles from the last month count for March as well!
Game Nights!
Expect to see staff members hosting Game Nights every week (or every other week). Come hangout and mess around with your fellow nova-nauts. We will always host either minecraft or free games for everyone to play! No big requirements, or big bombastic announcements...just come by if you're bored and vibe!
Our powers combined!
MvM Alpha testing is well underway (as I'm sure you've seen the whitelistings) Don't worry, you'll all be able to access MvM early come June via becoming a Rocketeer. But as we've been devoting more and more resources into MvM's development we realized something....Nova Games isn't getting too much of the love. And then we realized something else...we don't exactly want to divert resources into Nova Games...because why not just bring Nova Games INTO MvM. Yep, you heard that right. As MvM progress towards it's full release, expect to see certain Nova Games added into the MvM Hub world. These games will act as something to do in between downtime...or if you're bored and want to kill some time! We don't have all the details just yet for you, but going forward Nova Games as it's own seperate server will cease to exist. In the Future, you can take a trip on the main elevator inside of MvM's Hub world to go to the Gaming District...and you're favorite Nova Games will be there in all their glory...(with an MvM art theme slapped onto them all).
Calling all assistants!
Once fidgit settles down, you'll also see the full launch of the Assistant program announced last month. As a refresher, Assistants are like helpers in other servers. You're essentially a trusted community member that can help on our various projects with building and the occasional testing of content! There's very little expectations when it comes to being an Assistant, simply come try to help whenever you can and follow the rules. Perfect for those who love to build or want to help Supernova...but might not have the easiest of schedules! The application for Nova Assistants will be rolling out in a week or two. Once you hit level 20, you'll be able to apply!
A new adventure begins!
Amplifi3d Adv3ntur3 will be returning! Back in the early days of Supernova, Amp would stream his Minecraft world and chat with the community. This happened weekly, and was always a good time to vibe out with fellow members...while watching Amp absolutely suck at Minecraft survival. The new series will follow Amp in a hardcore survival world, with multiple game enhancing add-ons enabled. Make sure to look out for the viewer/attendee ping to see when the stream starts!
