Information in recruitment lists

Recruitment lists (call up lists, actual drafts, etc) contain a lot of wonderful data. Some have detailed family information, others have description of appearance (height, hair and eye color, ...), place of residence, etc.

One piece of information is easy to overlook though. A comment field sometime contains information in whose stead a person is serving! Can be a wonderful surprise if needed name is not found on the list.
