VON 🟢 - Team Leader / $11K ahead of all other chat team members over the last month ($37,909.10)
AARON 🟢 - 2nd across whole company over last 4 weeks, Commercial mass ppvs and falling back on these too quikckly but overall good reports.
ROB 🟡 - Improvements over the last 10 days and stuck with VIP to continue the guidance with Von / Aaron. Also listened to training advice and is safer on this page to be managed by the other two. Investing in new subs and generating sales on new relationships.
FAYE 🟡 - Needs improvement but has experience. Originally we put Mariel in this spot but her scheduled was specific so we have to move her to Free page. Moving asap after she proved she wasn't ready for such a big page.
RAY 🟢 - strong consistent chat style / 3rd overall last 4 weeks ($21,505.35) - training really well and good reports from trainees.
FRANCE 🟡 - New starter but came with experience, the best of the new hires
JUNE (PART TIME) 🟢 - Reliable and consistent chat style but sometimes overdoes it and work gets sloppy. Under priced PPV's / lack of organic traffic generation. Still learning as we're still in the first 3 months.
MARIEL 🟡 - Strong chatter overall and comes with experience. Learning bella's pages and thinks we need more focus on live sexting and live-style content. Ongoing training.
Harder results recently with fewer customs / whales on the pages.
No new content from Kacey, I followed up this morning on video submissions for OF.
New campaign starting this week 'SINGLE GIRL SUMMER'
CLYDE 🟢 - Team Leader, moving schedules as his sons sleep shcedule is affecting his abilities to be pumped for work.
JUNE 🟢 - Working on refining sales techniques to ensure his conversion aren't too soft and call out for under priced content.
SAMM 🟡 - Second chance on team kacey, watching carefully as has history of commercial / unnatural chat style.
GLADICE 🔴 - brand new. Referral of Ray and currently going through training. (Final two days of the week has two shifts)
Moved two strong chatters from this page and replace with two new/medium strength chatters.

MACO 🟢 - Team Leader, Training this week and training quality seems better. Sales are Lower than usual but we're working on it
ZAE 🟢 - Pulled this week for lowballs, not engaging with whales, begging tactic being overused but was receptive to information and commited to working on changes.
RICHELLE 🟡 - Working hard to match the level of her co-chatters and committed to learning the page. Power issues this week which resulted in a deduction
JOSH 🔴 - Referral of maco, great english, great first shift yesterday but brand new and undergoing training.
Focused this week on building out the team and adding stronger resources to her page now that the sub base and content level has built up.
SANTI 🟢 - Team Leader, moved over full time to focus on Maya's page and client base. Observant of lapses and reporting well.
JC 🟢 - Not ecstatic bot moving but has a clear knowledge about the subscribers. 1V1 this week about lowballing, attitude and effort with the new subs.
FRANJELICO 🟡 - Working on refining sales techniques after a rocky start but has been producing some more consistent numbers over the previous 10 days
MICHEAL 🔴- Fresher currently in training has first shift at the end of the week
