UNDER 1K TRAINING:
1v1 Intensives:
- Bev - had training with Edzy last night and is booked for 3 x training sessions with me this week.
- Zae - Major concerns with customer service / whale handling. 1V1 to review full recent performance and whale handling. Reports from team members in 1v1's and also management obvs.
Suggested Penalty: 3+3 if one more example is found of this behaviour.
1v1 Progress so far:
Great month for Ray and praise given for these results in the 1V1. The late customs have mad a major affect on the subs and the whales and ray believe his totals would have been much higher if this had not been the case. He commended Von for being a supportive and helpful TL at all times and feels his team is working well together.
He also mentioned Mija sometimes needs to improve her note taking and endorsements and I will follow up with her about this.
Ray has scheduled holiday at the end of November for a body building competition.
Major assistance needed this week. Training plan organised with review in place for Friday. Training Plan posted above.
Huge difference in enthusiasm and attitude. Very impressed with his awareness for goals / results and tracking for month ahead. Big awareness of whales / customs and general regard for the performance of the page has vastly improved.

- Reviewed Content Inspo for models - added fresh inspo and actual link accounts to the marketing plans.
- Meeting Weekly Thurdays 4pm
- Upped the twitter submissions by 50% (50 pics and 50 videos)
- Trying to get twitter accs going for Ruby / Ariana as soon as possible. Ideally this week when we have enough content submissions to get started.
