Chat team:
- Met with both teams yesterday and fully endorsed the new change / reasons why. Everyone onboard and is aware of the plans.
- Moved chatters around this week so we have fresh faces on kaceys page
- Will add rhona to her team to replace angelo if she passes today
- Working on overall PPV increase
- Pushing video calls
- moved two main chatters from her page (JC and santi)
- Team looking for more traffic for pages and have requested more sfs
- Spoke with zae about chat quality and handling whales 1v1 last week
- Focus on relationship handling, being ahead of the game with complaints and sitautons before they happen
- Two strong new chatters to run the page JC and Santi
- Voicenotes increasing relationships

Models:
• Boyfriend Posts - this is obviously not the first time this has come up and I reminded her of the implications even with so much as the odd story post / tik tok etc as her high spend fans have her socials on speed dial and watch everything.
She’s agreed to no grid posts but he will be on her story when he’s back in Bali so I’m going to get all of the insta handles of the spenders together and kacey is going to hide them all from her story which should help with some damage control.
• Video Calls - We’ve had more video call interest / conversion than we have had in a while on her pages and after reviewing how she feels about these calls today we’re going to try and build out this side of her account.

• Her clients are paying $1K for non sexual calls which they are super happy with and Kacey said she can talk for hours and finds them super easy so I’m going to work with Clyde to actively push these specifically going forwards.
• I also noted all of her availability and plans coming up so I have an idea of when we can book the next calls in

Content
• I told her that we can repurpose and recycle what we have but there comes a point where new content is non negociable and retaining realtionships is one thing but if she wants to see significant growth then there needs to be fresh / consistent content submissions.
• We reviewed the latest content plan I sent and discussed which sets / styles she’s going to focus on. I know how I’m basing my plans around when her boyfriend is in Aus etc and what content she can do when so I’ll keep on top of this
• Her next submissions which should be BG / solo / showers sets should be in the next few days as she has some time
Youtube:
• I told her that there is so much untapped value in youtube that she is not benefitting from right now by not making regular YT tapes and I explained the new styles / briefs that we are working with and the basic framework of the success of these
• I am sending her recent inspo right now to review and we went into detail about what elements exactly of these videos are contributing to the success
• I have asked her to do some live direction sessions with me (same as aye) to help her get the perfect angles /set up etc to try and acheive some quality / consistent submissions in this area
I also requested more tap taps on her instagram ✅
Checked in about how the shoots went with aney and Adit (she is rebooking with them for the week after next)
Other Notes:
She is in perth next week from the 15th (back the following sunday)
She has been approached by AI company on instagram and wanted our advice on this
