Welcome to our 0% Service Fee Escrow Service - the Talisman Community's secure and transparent platform for facilitating peer-to-peer crypto transactions. Follow these simple instructions to make the most of our Escrow Service:

1. User Registration and Login:
   To access our Escrow Service, create an account by registering with your email and password. If you already have an account, log in to continue.

1. Redirecting to Escrow Deal List Page:
   Once logged in, click on the "Escrow" option in the menu to access the list of ongoing and completed escrow deals.

1. Creating an Escrow Deal:
   To create an escrow deal, click on the "Create Deal" button and provide the necessary details, including:
   - Deal Name: Give your deal a unique and descriptive name.
   - Deal Description: Explain the deal's specifics, terms, and conditions in detail.
   - Amount in USD: Specify the deal's value in USD.
   - Fee Payer: Choose who will cover the escrow service fee (options: buyer, seller, 50/50).
   - Seller Username: Enter the seller's username.
   ***Note: Please read the terms and conditions carefully before creating a deal.

1. Accessing the Private Room:
   After the deal is created, a private room will be exclusively set up for the buyer and seller.
   Only these two parties can access the room.

1. Closing the Deal:
   In the private room, you'll find the "Close Deal" button.
   Before proceeding, the buyer must click on the invoice ID, which will redirect them to the payment page.
   Once the buyer makes the payment, the deal status will change to "Funded," and the "Close Deal" button will no longer be available.At this point,the deal cannot be closed or canceled.
   
   This is a example of closed deal:

1. Deal Execution:
   After the payment is received and confirmed, both the buyer and seller proceed with the transaction according to the agreed-upon terms.
   The buyer and seller must complete the deal as per the agreed conditions.
   This is a example of paid and funded deal's example:

1. Deal Completion:
   Once the deal is successfully completed, the buyer can choose to release the funds to the seller.
   The seller will then be able to claim the funds.

1. Dealing with Disputes:
   In case of any disputes during or after the transaction, both parties can raise the issue for resolution.
   Our support team will step in to resolve disputes impartially.

If buyer is right in this deal, I will choose him as a winner and only buyer will able to claim funds.

1. Security Reminder:
   Please, do not share the claim funds link with anyone else.
   After receiving the funds, claim them as quickly as possible to ensure their security.
