🔻Preparation for the massage
(Space, oils and ethers, music, etc.)
🔻Tantric Basic Meditation
(Activation of the body and tantric energy in the body. Connecting sexual energy and heart energy)
🔻 Techniques of activation of palms and energy in them
🔻 Energy connection with a partner
(tantric paired breathing technique, greeting, mental and energetic attunement with partner's request, gratitude).
🔻First touch. Types of touch (Check-list) Technique "Energetic attunement with partner through touch".
🔻Tantric massage: soft relaxation.
🔻Techniques of relaxation and tension release.
🔻Technique "Gentle touch".
🔻Techniques: "Melt the oil", "4 elements", "Unbalance", "Vibration".
🔻Rituals and accessories.
Day 2
🔶 Tantric massage: removal of deep clamps in the body.
🔶 Techniques for working through blocks and tensions. Massage on trigger points.
🔶 Tantric massage - activation of sexual energy.
🔶 Points and zones for libido awakening. Elements of Lingam/Yoni massage.
🔶 Technique of healing and activation of energy "Balancing the chakras"
What you need to have with you:
Comfortable comfortable clothes, towel or tippet/pareo/ notepad and pen (if you wish to write something down)
Massage table, oils, towels for oil massages - will be provided.
Theoretical and video materials and a Certificate of Completion will also be given.
