1 contractual payment - 30% of the amount of the apartment within 30-60 days from the date of making the reservation payment
2 contract payment -20% at the stage of foundation completion (approximately Q1 2024)
3 contract payment -20% at the stage of completion of the main structure (approximately Q2 2024)
4 contract payment - 15% at the stage of facade works (approximately Q3 2024)
5 contractual payment - 15% at the stage of registration (approximately Q4 2024)
