RENT
Those wishing to generate income from their investment in MGallery Residences MontAzure will have the option to participate in a rental program. In order to maximize occupancy and ensure a high level of service, KBR has engaged a qualified and experienced hotel operator – MGallery from Accor Hotels – who has been appointed as the manager of the rental program and will provide investors with the maximum possible income. However, participation in the rental program is not mandatory. Buyers planning to use the apartments exclusively for themselves will be able to limit themselves to personal use, but this option is only available for some of the one-bedroom apartments.
ESTIMATED RENTAL INCOME
The operator will distribute the total gross rental income in a 40% to 60% ratio, of which 40% will go to the buyer of the apartment and the rest will be retained by the operator.
