1 contract payment - 30% after signing the purchase and sale agreement

5 contract payment - 5% after registration of ownership
Receiving keys in August 2026, choosing one of the possible options for full payment:

- Installment plan for the construction period is 2 years interest-free, additional installment plan for another 3 years after completion of the construction of the complex is 7% per annum of the residual value of 40%.

The furniture package for a studio apartment is 350,000 baht, for a 1-room apartment - 450,000 baht.
