Representatives of Diamond Developers, participating in the 25th Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition WETEX 2023, in November 2023, previously familiarized themselves with the projects W.E.T.E.R, GOROD L.E.S and V.O.D.A at the exhibition. Representatives of the development company Diamond Developers were interested in the technical solutions presented at the exhibition for generating electricity using wind and liquid, the original combination of a wind power plant with a building, the novelty of complex technical devices and the versatility of their use. In this regard, an agreement was reached with the project team to continue contacts and hold meetings to consider the participation of Diamond Developers in projects and the use of energy devices being developed in their projects for the development (building) of urban areas to create a comfortable life and activities of people in a number of countries in the Middle East.
In the implementation of the agreements, on December 29, 2023, representatives of Diamond Developers visited the office of WETER LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, located at: TIAGLIN HUB, WETER LLC; UAE, DUBAI, DIP 1, W10. D. Tiaglin, inventor and project manager of W.E.T.E.R, GOROD L.E.S and V.O.D.A, held a business meeting with representatives of Diamond Developers. The meeting was attended by one of the leaders of The Sustainable City project - Energy Management & Sustainability Director Fadi Al Faris.
For visual perception, the guests of the WETER LLC office were presented with models of the city's multi-level infrastructure and power generating buildings (wind power complexes) developed under the GOROD L.E.S and W.E.T.E.R projects.
An innovative hydropower plant was shown, the development of which was started within the framework of the V.O.D.A project, with a demonstration of power generation, where the original scheme of the device is based on the cyclic use of gravity and buoyant force (Archimedes principle).
A graphic video was offered to the guests of the office, which reflects the scheme of the combined construction of a wind power complex and a hydropower plant in a building with a height of 156 m, which was obtained as a result of ongoing research, calculations, and modeling of the structures of two different power generating devices. D.Tiaglin explained the design of an integrated combination of a wind power plant and a hydropower plant in the building. The parties to the meeting discussed the possibility of building and using such an energy facility in The Sustainable City Yiti construction project, which covers the creation of an ultramodern human habitation area – the Yiti residential village located in the capital of Oman, Muscat (The Sustainable City Yiti project website - https://www.thesustainablecity-yiti.com/en). Similar projects of The Sustainable City are implemented by Diamond Developers in addition to Oman in the major cities of Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, defining the creation of an ultramodern space of several hundred villas with solar electricity, surrounded by greenery, forming an ecological human habitat (The Sustainable City project website - https://www.thesustainablecity.ae).
During the meeting, D. Tiaglin answered the questions posed by the guests of the office on the design and technological process of electricity generation by a wind power complex and a hydropower device, commented on the features of the new infrastructure concept of a city, outlined the prospects for the construction and use of facilities developed within the framework of the W.E.T.E.R, GOROD L.E.S and V.O.D.A projects. Due to the interest of the guests in the proposed promising technical solutions, an agreement was reached on another meeting in the near future.
