On February 8, 2024, at The SEE Institute (the Institute's website - https://www.seeinstitute.ae), located in The Sustainable City in Dubai, a regular business meeting was held between representatives of WETER LLC and representatives of Diamond Developers, SEE Holding Ltd and NZE Solutions. D. Tiaglin, R. Balash and A. Ilizarov were present at the meeting on the part of WETER LLC. On the part of the host company, there were:

During the meeting of representatives of WETER LLC, SEE Holding Ltd and NZE Solutions, the participation of WETER LLC in the W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects and the use of energy devices being developed in The Sustainable City project for the development (building) of urban areas to create a comfortable life and activities of people were discussed. Technical solutions for the production of electricity using wind and liquid, the original combination of a wind power plant with a building, the novelty of complex technical devices, useful properties and versatility of their use were considered. Special interest from SEE Holding and NZE Solutions was shown in the V.O.D.A project and the development of an innovative hydropower plant with an original device operation scheme based on the cyclic use of gravity and buoyant force (Archimedes force).
After explanations from the inventor D. Tiaglin on the design, technological process of the hydropower plant and the prospect of its use, the parties to the meeting came to an agreement on the possibility of using such a device in The Sustainable City project, implemented to create an ultramodern space of several hundred villas with solar electricity, surrounded by greenery, forming an ecological human habitat.
During the meeting, the parties reached a preliminary agreement on joint actions in the implementation of the V.O.D.A project and the use of innovative hydropower devices in the development area of The Sustainable City project. To implement the agreement, SEE Holding specialists (with the assistance of NZE Solutions) and WETER LLC have drawn up a phased Plan. For WETER LLC, it is defined to create a prototype, grant rights to use the invention and useful properties of the created device, participate in the design, commissioning and control of the use of a real hydropower device (possibly several).
It is predicted that the implementation of the announced plan will begin during 2024, due to the presence of a promising intellectual product, the mutual interests of the parties to the meeting in the development and use of alternative energy sources that determine the creation of high-tech cities (towns) and effective commercialization of activities.
