Business meetings of active participants of the W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects with private individuals from India on the combined use of electric generating devices in a medical center planned for construction in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab State (India)
The active work of the team and participants of the W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A project continues to promote innovative energy technical solutions developed within the framework of these projects in the Republic of India. The proposed W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects aimed at the development of alternative energy are of interest not only to private influential people in the country, but also to specialists of government agencies involved in the development of energy, the creation of effective infrastructure.
In addition to several meetings with influential and interested persons in the implementation of W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects in India, in January 2024, Denis Tiaglin, inventor and project manager of W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A, met with the leadership of the Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) on the use of innovative technologies energy solutions in the power supply system of infrastructure facilities located in the state of Punjab.
The design and creation of new power generating buildings and hydropower plants meets the needs of the energy industry and environmental safety, can contribute to the establishment of an efficient infrastructure and partially solve problems with energy conservation, which is relevant for the growth of the economy as a whole, improvement of the social sphere and the development of a wide range of services in the states of India.
In the development of the topic of growing interest and promotion of the W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects in Punjab in March 2024, a meeting of active participants of the W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects, members of the StartUp Adviser Academy, with individuals interested in using technological solutions for power generation being developed and offered by WETER LLC, in the medical center "Medical City", which is planned to be built in the Punjab region. The meeting was organized by Jaspal Singh, an active participant in the projects, an Indian citizen, at the restaurant of the Hero Homes residential complex, Mohali.

At the beginning of the meeting, private individuals expressed professional interest in the W.E.T.E.R and V.O.D.A projects, energy devices being developed, and the possibility of creating energy-efficient buildings with a combined electricity generation scheme by different generating plants. During the meeting, the combined construction of different power generating plants in one building (structure), technological processes of electricity production and the design of an electric generating complex using graphic and video material were discussed. Private individuals informed the other party about the availability of opportunities for the design and construction of such an electric generating complex in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, where a land plot is owned, it is planned to build a medical center "Medical City" with an autonomous power supply system. As interim measures, it is envisaged to use their own funds and attract private investment, including from Canada. Previously, the parties agreed on mutual obligations, the sequence of actions for the design of the facility, obtaining permits, agreeing on technical conditions for construction and the procedure for creating an energy complex.
After the first meeting, the parties agreed to view the land plot on the territory of which the construction of the medical center "Medical City" is planned. Further, video filming was carried out from the UAV of the territory of the proposed development in Mandi Gobindgarh, Ludhiana, Punjab, according to the results of which the initial concept of placement and the projected design of the electric generating complex were developed, in which it is supposed to combine a wind power plant and independent hydropower plants located in sections - 5 buildings. The basis for the combined construction of two different electric generating devices in the proposed facility is the wind energy complex itself, consisting of a building formed by five radially arranged structures that simultaneously perform the function of concentrators of the environmental flow (wind) flowing to the blade systems of a wind power plant, and the mounting base of vertical cylinders of independent five hydropower plants. It takes the main load-bearing and dynamic load of the object, determines the design and appearance of the entire complex.

To date, the parties have developed an initial "roadmap" and stages of joint activities aimed at achieving mutual interests in creating an electric generating building combining two different technological processes of electricity production. In the end, the parties outlined a way to create a high-tech and energy-efficient social facility capable of showing the effectiveness and usefulness of using innovative technical solutions in reality, the possibilities of technological progress in power supply.
