Growing interest in the W.E.T.E.R project in India (Bharat)

Interest in the W.E.T.E.R project is actively developing in the Republic of India, which is facilitated by activities to popularize the project and the wind energy complex on the part of the project team and other persons living in this country. This determines a positive trend for the promotion of the project in the leading economy of the world and creates prerequisites for the possible construction of an electricity-generating building. As of November 2023, the following people in India are helping to promote the W.E.T.E.R project, living in Chandigarh: Artem Leonov, Maxim Ovtin and Maxim Sergeev, as well as Indian citizens: Paramjeet Singh, Jaspal Singh, Arun Saldi (Arun Saldi), Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta.

In early November 2023, A. Leonov and M. Sergeev, as active participants of the W.E.T.E.R project, were invited with colleagues on the project to a dinner party with Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta, held on November 8, 2023 at Ranauta House in Chandigarh, India. The motive of the invitation was to get acquainted with the W.E.T.E.R project team, get answers to the questions that arose, and introduce us to his son Manvinder Ranauta, presumably who will oversee the proposed project in India. Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta was introduced to the W.E.T.E.R project and the wind energy complex by project participant Arun Saldi, an Indian citizen working as a chartered accountant at Prem Garg & Associates Chartered Accountants in Chandigarh. Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta, after familiarizing himself with the project, showed great interest in an innovative technical solution in the execution of an electric generating building, which allows creating advanced technological and efficient infrastructure facilities.

Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta is the Vice-President of the Indian Federation of United Nations Associations (IFUNA), Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of India Masons. He has influence in the political establishment of India, has a number of land plots and real estate in India.

On the eve of the friendly dinner, Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta held a meeting with A. Leonov, M. Ovtin and M. Sergeev, where they met and talked about the W.E.T.E.R project and the wind energy complex being developed. He expressed great interest in the project and the technological solution of using wind for electricity generation. Previously, he proposed to consider his plot of more than 5 hectares for the construction of the first electric generating facility. Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranaut expressed his intention to present the project to the Chandigarh City Administration to receive support and approval for the construction of an electric generating building. The parties to the meeting approved the proposal to hold a second, more formal, meeting with the involvement of various media. The meeting itself and the dinner took about four hours.

We hope to continue the dialogue and receive the support of Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta in promoting the W.E.T.E.R project in India, assisting in the design and construction of an electric generating building in this country. Such business meetings are able to ensure the implementation of the project in an innovative infrastructure facility that has no analogues in the world. The construction of such high–tech energy facilities on the territory of India can determine its industrial prestige and increase the energy supply of infrastructure due to an inexhaustible source of energy - wind.
