D. Tiaglin's Projects at Future Innovation Summit 2022 in the UAE
On May 11 and 12, 2022, the second Future Innovation Summit was held in the heart of Dubai, at the Meydan Hotel, following a successful similar event in October 2021. The Summit is designated by the organizers as the First Space Summit in the Middle East, the Future Innovation Summit 2022, which allows the most innovative solutions from around the world to be known and discussed.
To implement the goals of the projects, the author of inventions and projects D. Tiaglin presented the ongoing projects at the Summit - GOROD L.E.S. and W.E.T.E.R, as well as outlined a new project C.I.T.A (AEROSTAT).
With regard to the projects GOROD L.E.S. and W.E.T.E.R. for a visual perception by the Summit participants of the developed objects in the hotel lobby was placed three-dimensional model of the construction of a new infrastructure urban environment in a combination of inventions "City Transport and Logistics System" and "Wind Power Plant". The layout allowed the participants of the Summit to get acquainted with the combined construction of multi-level urban communications with wind energy complexes - buildings with wind power plants. The presented layout clearly demonstrated an innovative approach to the appearance of urban areas, the optimal construction of urban infrastructure, the new aesthetic image of the city, as well as the advantages of compact location of urban infrastructure using technological innovations.
At the Summit, D. Tiaglin presented the GOROD L.E.S. and W.E.T.E.R. projects to the participants, using a video that reveals the objects being developed and the content of the projects.
During the speech of the project author, a video material on the new C.I.T.A. (AEROSTAT) project, which is only outlined and is to be implemented in the future, was also provided. This project implies development of a high-tech technical solution for uninterrupted water and cooled air production in hot and dry climates (deserts, plains). The project indicates the development of a complex multi-component technical device for the extraction of water from the atmospheric air, using the principle of moisture condensation due to the differences in air temperature by altitude and time of day or night. The design of such a device provides a reservoir for cooling air with condensed moisture. The resulting cooled air and water are intended to ensure normal life activities of people in settlements and cities, irrigation of green areas and growing crops. An important element of the design is the air-ballon, which is involved in the process of moisture condensation. Additionally, the air-ballon can be used to place communication equipment, geolocation, video recording. Functioning of the unit is carried out due to natural resources and physical regularities. It seems that the unit will have a high efficiency, and therefore its prospects will determine the demand and wide application.
The projects presented by the author aroused the interest of a number of participants of the Summit and their discussion took place.

The two-day conference and exhibition were a huge success, with many great projects and panel discussions. 1,300 attendees from more than 120 countries. At the event, many distinguished and influential speakers from around the world shed light on important topics such as telecommunications, healthcare, real estate, energy, security, robotics, climate change, NFT, blockchain, digital currencies, VR and AR, and education.
The Summit is a hub for innovation and educational talks. It allows projects, investors, and the community the opportunity to connect and grow. The Summit has been a resounding success.
