Make sure your Xbox account is properly linked to your Epic Games account.
This guide helps you check if your Xbox account is eligible to make purchases in specific regions.
🔍 How to Check If Your Account Can Make Purchases:
1️⃣ Open the Xbox website link:
2️⃣ Sign in to your Xbox account
- Click the “Sign in” button at the top right of the page.
- Once logged in, you should see your profile avatar appear.
3️⃣ Check Purchase Availability
- Click the cart icon to add the item to your cart.
- After it’s added, click the cart icon again to open your cart and proceed.
🛑 If you receive a region-related error, your account is not supported :(
✅ If no error appears, your account is eligible to make purchases.
