User Agreement

Responsibility for the use of commands

1. General provisions

1.1 We are not responsible for loss of your chat due to incorrect use of commands. Before using a command, please read its description carefully and make sure you understand how it works. If necessary, contact our support agents for assistance.

1.2 Be extremely careful when setting up chat. You must understand how chat settings work and what rank they are set to. If you accidentally delete a chat due to incorrect settings, we will not restore members or settings.

1.3 Please read the instructions for this process before migrating a chat room. In case of unsuccessful migration, we cannot restore participants or their data. It is better to contact our agents if you are unsure about your actions to avoid unpleasant consequences.

1.4 By using the commands to transfer chat to another user, you agree that all chat data will be transferred without the possibility of recovery.

1.5. When assigning users to high ranks, use caution. We will not restore a chat room if you have entrusted high ranks to an obscure person who then deleted the chat room. However, we can penalize the offender and add him/her to the offender database.

1.6 When using the automatic functions of the bot, make sure that they are properly configured and working properly. We are not responsible for the consequences of incorrect automation settings.

1.7. Regularly check for updates and changes in bot functionality. We are not responsible for the consequences of using outdated commands or functions.

1.8. Use of bot commands in violation of the laws of your region or Telegram rules is entirely your responsibility. We do not support or encourage illegal use of the bot.

1.9. Remember that a bot is a tool and its effectiveness depends on your ability to use it correctly. Incorrect use of commands can lead to undesirable consequences for which we are not responsible.

1.10. All actions made using bot commands are recorded and can be used to solve disputable situations. Be careful and prudent in your actions. However, we can punish the violator and add him to the database of violators.

2.1 You may enter any nicknames, titles, descriptions and mottos you wish, but we are not responsible for the data you enter. In the event of a request from Telegram administration to delete the data you have entered, we have the right to reset this data without notifying the user.

2.2 Using phrases that provoke bot blocking may result in the deletion of profile data containing fictitious or malicious information.

2.3 The bot does not create content that violates Telegram rules. If the bot is used to violate Telegram's rules, we have the right to restrict the user's access to KunnyBot features indefinitely.

2.4 All data created or modified using bot commands must comply with Telegram rules and the laws of your region. We are not responsible for content created by users.

2.5 Users who violate Telegram rules by using the bot may be blocked without prior notice.

2.6 All chat changes made using bot commands are your responsibility. We are not responsible for the consequences of using commands that contradict Telegram rules.

2.7. Using the bot to spread spam, malicious content or other prohibited materials is strictly prohibited. Violators will be blocked immediately.

2.8 You agree not to use the bot to distribute personal information of other users without their consent. Violation of this rule will result in immediate blocking and possible legal consequences.

2.9 All complaints about misuse of the bot will be dealt with individually. We reserve the right to block access to the bot for any user who violates the rules.

2.10. We reserve the right to change this user agreement at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are made means your agreement to the new terms.
