In order to strengthen international cooperation in the agricultural sector, study advanced practices, and bring innovative development to a new level, a delegation led by the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, N. Oblamuradov, familiarized itself with the activities of the modern experimental farm of Kuban State Agrarian University, which covers a total area of 10,000 hectares.

The delegation observed the processes of cultivating wheat, barley, corn, and other crops based on modern agro-technologies at the experimental fields.

During meetings with specialists, there was an exchange of information on advanced agro-technical measures applied in crop care, modern achievements in plant breeding, and innovative methods aimed at increasing productivity. Special interest was shown by the delegation members in the practices of resource-saving technologies and the effective use of biologically active fertilizers.

The delegation also became familiar with advanced practices in smart livestock farming. Around 1,200 Holstein cattle are kept at the experimental farm, with each cow producing an average of 44 liters of milk per day. It was noted that modern digital technologies, automated milking systems, and advanced methods of monitoring animal health are being widely used in the livestock complex.

During the visit, agreements were reached to further develop cooperation between the two higher education institutions in the fields of scientific research, innovative projects, and student exchange in the agricultural sector.

The Krasnodar experimental farm is recognized as a leading base for training agronomists, engineers, veterinarians, livestock specialists, accountants, and economists. Modern machinery equipped with the GLONASS system has been introduced, along with precision farming technologies and satellite field monitoring.

Today, the Kuban experimental farm covers a diversified land area of 7.5 thousand hectares and annually produces about 13 thousand tons of grain products.

Its experimental station carries out scientific research aimed at improving soil cultivation, fertilization, and plant protection technologies.

Tashkent State Agrarian University is currently determined to raise the quality of agricultural education to a new level by studying international experience, introducing modern innovative technologies into education and production, and expanding the scope of scientific and practical cooperation.
