Orders & Position on Chart

🔘 Added the position price display, profit or loss in % on the chart.
🔘 Added open orders to the chart and the ability to cancel or move the order directly on the chart. The order shows % to the position.
🔘 On the chart, the position widget is located on the left, open orders go to the right, and in the middle of the screen - the New order that is currently being created.

Under the chart, you can see an open position and a list of all orders is opened in it. Above Open orders (red or green), below Filled (blue or orange), below Canceled (gray).
