2.004 registrations for a webinar and product purchase in 1 month of work

The task of the project:

- Scaling the advertising campaign.

- Stopping permanent blocking from FB.

- Gathering registrations for the webinar, then the funnel is built using chat-bots and after the web sales of paid courses.

Challenges: By the time we started working together, several Business Managers had already been blocked. Getting Started:
A project map was created and agreed upon based on a brief from the client:

Set up analytics, installed pixel, set up Yandex metrics. Created all the conditions for working with conversions and tracking the customer journey.

Collected audiences that interacted with the Instagram account and website. Similar LALs were created for these audiences.

The business-manager was new, that is why the RC budget was small to begin with. Every day I increased the amount to be written off, the payments were made manually to increase the limit of expenses from Facebook faster.

Despite the fact that we worked very carefully, in the first 2 weeks there were several blocked BM, which were safely unblocked within a day.

There was created a reserve BM with the reserve pixel, which collected all the traffic from the main site, it is necessary for the operative launch of advertising in case the main office was blocked. Here the budget is small, to exclude overlapping audiences.
