Steps for cancellation

• Open Aeromexico Airlines website.
• Select ‘My trips’ option from the menu bar.
• There enter your reservation or ticket number and your last name.
• Tap ‘Find my reservations’ option.
• Your itinerary details will appear.
• Now select the flight you want to cancel
• An option to cancel will be given there. Click it.
• Confirm cancellation.
• Pay the cancellation fee if applicable.

3. Refunds will be given in same payment mode used to buy tickets.

4. Refunds will be credited in 7 to 20 business days.
