Adliya vazirligi Inson resurslari boshqarmasi xodimlari TDYU bitiruvchi talabalari bilan uchrashdi
Uchrashuvda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Adliya vazirligi Kadrlar siyosati va strategik tahlil bo‘limi boshlig‘i A.Xalturdiyev, bo‘lim bosh maslahatchisi Sh.Xamraqulov, Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Ommaviy huquq fakulteti dekani Sh.Saydullayev va 150 nafardan ortiq talaba ishtirok etdi.
Tadbirda adliya organlari tizimi va ularning faoliyati, adliya tizimida ishlash istagidagi nomzodlarga qo‘yilgan talablar, ishga qabul qilish jarayoni, xodimlar uchun yaratilgan sharoitlar, ijtimoiy kafolatlar haqida batafsil ma’lumot berildi.
Shuningdek, talabalar sohadagi faoliyatni boshlash va “Adliya klubi” ga a’zo bo‘lish tartibi haqida ma’lumotlarga ega bo‘ldi.

Во встрече приняли участие начальник отдела кадровой политики и стратегического анализа Министерства юстиции Республики Узбекистан А. Халтурдаев, главный консультант отдела Ш. Хамракулов, декан факультета публичного права Ташкентского государственного юридического университета Ш. Сайдуллаев и более 150 студентов.
На мероприятии была представлена подробная информация о системе органов юстиции и их деятельности, требованиях к кандидатам, желающим работать в системе юстиции, процессе приёма на работу, условиях, созданных для сотрудников, а также социальных гарантиях.
Кроме того, студенты узнали о порядке начала профессиональной деятельности в данной сфере и возможности вступления в «Клуб юстиции».
The staff of Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Justice met with graduating students of Tashkent State University of Law
The meeting was attended by A. Khalturdiev, Head of the Personnel Policy and Strategic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh. Khamrakulov, Chief Advisor of the Department, Sh. Saydullayev, Dean of the Faculty of Public Law at Tashkent State University of Law, and more than 150 students.
During the event, detailed information was provided about the justice system and its activities, the requirements for candidates wishing to work in the justice system, the recruitment process, the conditions created for employees, and social guarantees.
Additionally, students received information about starting their careers in the field and the procedure for joining the "Justice Club".
