TDYUda “O‘zbekiston Jahon savdo tashkilotiga a’zolik yo‘lida” mavzusida xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya tashkil etildi
Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Xalqaro huquq va inson huquqlari kafedrasi hamda Ingliz huquqi va Yevropa Ittifoqi huquqi kafedrasii hamkorligida o‘tkazilgan anjumanda nafaqat davlat va nodavlat tashkilotlar vakilari, xorijiy va mahalliy oliy ta’lim muassasalari, jumladan, Buyuk Britaniyaning Glazgo universiteti, Liverpul universiteti hamda Germaniyaning Sarland universiteti huzuridagi Yevropa instituti, TDYU professor-o‘qituvchilari va soha mutaxassislari ishtirok etdi.
Xalqaro konferensiyada mamlakatimizda JSTga a’zo bo‘lish yo‘lida olib borilayotgan islohotlar, qabul qilinayotgan qonun, qaror va farmonlar, ushbu yo‘nalishda uchrayotgan muammolar, ularning yechimlari, bugungi kunda JSTda ro‘y berayotgan global inqirozlar va yaqin kelajakda yuz berishi mumkin bo‘lgan o‘zgarishlar masalalari muhokama qilindi.
В ТГЮУ проведена международная научно-практическая конференция на тему: «На пути к членству Узбекистана во Всемирной торговой организации»
Мероприятие прошло в сотрудничестве кафедры международного права и прав человека и кафедры английского и европейского права ТГЮУ. В конференции приняли участие представители государственных и негосударственных организаций, зарубежных и отечественных высших учебных заведений, в частности — Университета Глазго и Ливерпульского университета (Великобритания), а также Института Европы при Университете Саарланда (Германия), профессорско-преподавательский состав ТГЮУ и специалисты в данной области.
В ходе международной конференции были обсуждены реформы, проводимые в Узбекистане на пути присоединения к ВТО, принимаемые законы, постановления и указы, возникающие в этом направлении проблемы и пути их решения. Также участники рассмотрели вопросы, связанные с глобальными кризисами, происходящими сегодня в рамках ВТО, и возможными изменениями в ближайшем будущем.
An international scientific and practical conference was held at TSUL on the topic: “On the path to the membership of Uzbekistan in the World Trade Organization”
The event was organized in cooperation between the Department of International Law and Human Rights and the Department of English and European Law at TSUL. The conference brought together representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, foreign and domestic higher education institutions, including the University of Glasgow and the University of Liverpool (UK), as well as the Europa-Institut at Saarland University (Germany), TSUL faculty members, and experts in the field.
During the international conference, participants discussed the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan on the path to joining the WTO, the laws, resolutions, and decrees being adopted, the challenges arising in this process, and possible solutions. The participants also addressed issues related to the global crises currently taking place within the WTO framework and potential changes in the near future.
