TDYU professor-o‘qituvchilari xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjumanda ishtirok etdi
Yaponiyaning Keyo universiteti va Yokohama milliy universiteti tomonidan “Contemporary Issues Surrounding Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position in Japanese Antimonopoly Act” mavzusida xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjuman tashkil etildi.
Mazkur xalqaro anjumanda Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Biznes huquqi kafedrasi mudiri Rustam Xursanov, Biznes huquqi kafedrasi o‘qituvchisi Doniyor Abduazizov hamda Xalqaro xususiy huquq kafedrasi o‘qituvchisi Sayidkomil Ibodullayev ishtirok etdi.
Anjumanda doirasida Rustam Xursanov “Examining the Intersection of Contract and Competition Law: Imperfect Regulation of Contract Law in ASBP Cases” mavzusida, Doniyor Abduazizov “Legal Challenges in Defining and Applying the Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position under Uzbekistan Competition Law” mavzusida ma’ruza qilib, yaponiyalik hamkasblari bilan mavzular yuzasidan fikr almashdi.
Tadbir davomida ishtirokchilar O‘zbekiston va Yaponiya milliy qonunchiligi bilan yaqindan tanishib, bu borada o‘zlarini qiziqtirgan barcha savollariga javob oldi.
Команда «TSUL Jessup» в третий раз стала победителем Национальных раундов Jessup Moot в Узбекистане
В национальных раундах международного соревнования, которые прошли в Бишкеке, команда Ташкентского государственного юридического университета состязалась с командами Университета мировой экономики и дипломатии, Международного университета Вестминстера в Ташкенте и Академии правоохранительных органов.
По итогам соревнования команда Ташкентского государственного юридического университета, состоящая из студентов — Жавохира Миралиева, Мухаммадали Рахмонова, Насибы Мирзахамдамовой, Бахриддина Султонова и Анисы Абдулхаевой, стала победителем региона.
Теперь под руководством Стивена Шнибаума и Ахрорхона Набироева наша команда будет представлять Узбекистан в финале Jessup Moot, которая пройдет в Вашингтоне.
Кроме того, на национальных раундах команда «TSUL Jessup» победила в номинации «Лучший меморандум».
Для справки: «Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition» — одно из крупнейших международных соревнований по судебному процессу, которое проводится с 1960 года и в котором участвуют около 700 учебных заведений из 100 стран мира по направлению «юриспруденция».
TSUL Jessup team is a winner of Uzbekistan National Rounds for the third time in a row
The TSUL Jessup Team has once again proven their excellence by winning the Uzbekistan National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, held in Bishkek. This marks their third consecutive victory.
During the competition, Tashkent State University of Law team faced strong opponents from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Westminster International University in Tashkent, and the Law Enforcement Academy.
In the final results, TSUL students—Javohir Miraliyev, Muhammadali Rahmonov, Nasiba Mirzahamdamova, Baxriddin Sultonov, and Anisa Abdulxayeva—stood out as the regional champions.
Now, guided by Steven Schneebaum and Ahrorxon Nabirayev, the team is set to represent Uzbekistan in the global finals of the Jessup Moot in Washington, D.C.
On top of their victory, the TSUL Jessup Team also earned the Best Memorial award at the national rounds.
For reference: The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition is one of the largest and oldest moot court competitions in the world, focusing on international law. It has been held annually since 1960, with participation from nearly 700 law schools across 100 countries.
