TDYUda “Soliqqa oid nizolarni ma’muriy sudlarda ko‘rishning o‘ziga xos jihatlari” mavzusida xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya o‘tkazildi
Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Ma’muriy va moliya huquqi kafedrasi tomonidan tashkil etilgan anjumanda milliy va xorijiy ekspertlar, Gdansk universiteti, Regensburg universiteti, Sudyalar oliy kengashi huzuridagi Sudyalar oliy maktabi, TDYU professor-o‘qituvchilari, Soliq qo‘mitasi va Oliy sudning Odil sudlov sohasidagi qonunchilikni tahlil qilish departamenti vakillari ishtirok etdi.
Xalqaro konferensiyada mavzu yuzasidan milliy va xorijiy olimlar hamda amaliyotchilarning ma’ruzalari tinglanib, muhokamalar o‘tkazildi.
В ТГЮУ состоялась международная научно-практическая конференция на тему «Особенности рассмотрения налоговых споров в административных судах»
В мероприятии, организованном кафедрой административного и финансового права Ташкентского государственного юридического университета, приняли участие отечественные и зарубежные эксперты, преподаватели Гданьского и Регенсбургского университетов, Высшей школы судей при Верховном совете судей, представители Налогового комитета и Департамента анализа законодательства в сфере правосудия Верховного суда.
В ходе международной конференции заслушаны доклады, а также проведены дискуссии по теме с участием отечественных и зарубежных ученых и практиков.
An international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Peculiarities of considering tax disputes in administrative courts” was held at Tashkent State University of Law
The event, organized by the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of Tashkent State University of Law, was attended by national and foreign experts, professors from the University of Gdańsk and the University of Regensburg, the Higher School of Judges under the Supreme Judicial Council, representatives of the Tax Committee, and the Department for the Analysis of Legislation in the Field of Justice of the Supreme Court.
During the international conference, reports were presented and discussions were held on the topic with the participation of national and foreign scholars and practitioners.
