“Tadbirkorlar huquqlarini himoya qilish” mavzusida yosh olimlarning xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiyasi bo‘lib o‘tadi
Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Biznes huquqi kafedrasi va Yosh olimlar kengashi tashabbusi bilan tashkil etilgan xalqaro konferensiya 4-aprel 10:00 da boshlanadi.
Kichik biznesni doimiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha davlat kompleks dasturi ijrosi doirasida o‘tkazilayotgan anjumanga mahalliy va xorijlik mutaxassislar bilan bir qatorda ushbu mavzu bo‘yicha ilmiy izlanish olib borayotgan talabalar, mustaqil izlanuvchilar, doktorantlar va magistrantlar taklif etilgan.

Xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjuman ishtirokchilarining ma’ruzalari, ilmiy jamoatchilik tomonidan taqdim etilgan maqola va tezislar to‘plam shaklida chop etiladi.
Ishtirokchilarning ilmiy maqolalari va tezislari maqola va tezislar to‘plamiga 28-aprelgacha elektron shaklda [email protected] elektron pochtasi, shuningdek, https://t.me/malikaeliboeva Telegram manzili orqali (MS Word, doc) formatida qabul qilinadi.
Xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya ishtirokchilari uchun eslatma:
– xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya materiallari to‘plamidagi maqola va tezislar o‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida qabul qilinadi;
– xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya materiallari to‘plamiga yuborilgan maqola va tezislar tahririyat tomonidan ko‘rib chiqiladi.
Tahrir qilinmagan va belgilangan talablarga javob bermaydigan maqolalar chop etilmaydi.
Xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya materiallari to‘plamiga taqdim etiladigan maqola va tezislarga qo‘yiladigan talablar:
– maqola va tezislar konferensiya yo‘nalishiga oid dolzarb mavzular bo‘yicha yozilishi, ular mantiqiy to‘ldirilgan ilmiy fikr-mulohazalar asosida, taklif va tavsiyalar bildirilgan bo‘lishi kerak;
– muammoning darajasi va uslubiy asoslari ochib berilishi, matnning asilligi kamida 70% ni tashkil qilishi kerak.
– maqolalar va tezislar matnlari A4 formatida bo‘lishi kerak, hoshiyalar yuqoridan va pastdan 2 sm, chapdan 3 sm, o‘ngdan 1,5 sm bo‘lishi kerak;
– maqola va tezislar matni Word matn muharririda, Times New Roman shriftida, shrift o‘lchami 14, qator oralig‘i 1,0 bo‘lishi kerak;
– foydalanilgan manbalar va adabiyotlarga izohlar matn oxiridagi bibliografiya bilan birga kvadrat qavs ichida ko‘rsatilishi kerak;
– taqdim etilgan maqola va tezislar hajmi 5–10 bet bo‘lishi kerak;
– bitta maqola yoki tezis mualliflari soni ikki kishidan oshmasligi kerak.
Maqola va tezislar sarlavhasining birinchi qatorida ularning mavzusi, ikkinchi qatorda muallifning familiyasi, ismi, otasining ismi, ish joyi va lavozimi, uchinchi qatorda elektron pochta manzili va telefon raqami ko‘rsatilgan bo‘lishi kerak. So‘ngra o‘tkazib yuborilgan bitta satr abstrakt va kalit so‘zlarni bildiradi.
Eslatma: belgilangan tartibni buzgan holda yoki haddan tashqari ko‘p plagiat bilan taqdim etilgan maqola va tezislar konferensiya materiallari to‘plamiga kiritilmaydi.
Состоится международная научно-практическая конференция молодых ученных на тему «Защита прав предпринимателей»
Международная конференция, организованная по инициативе кафедры бизнес-права и Совета молодых ученых Ташкентского государственного юридического университета, начнется 4 апреля в 10:00.
Наряду с отечественными и зарубежными экспертами к участию в конференции приглашаются студенты бакалавриата, самостоятельные соискатели, докторанты и магистранты, проводящие исследования по данной теме.

Доклады участников международной научно-практической конференции, статьи и тезисы, представленные научной общественностью, будут опубликованы в виде сборника.
Научные статьи и тезисы участников принимаются в сборник статей и тезисов до 28 апреля в электронной форме по электронной почте [email protected], а также через телеграм-номер https://t.me/malikaeliboeva в (MS Word, doc) формате.
Примечание для участников международной научно-практической конференции:
– статьи и тезисы в сборник материалов международной научно-практической конференции принимаются на узбекском, русском и английском языках;
– статьи и тезисы, присланные в сборник материалов международной научно-практической конференции, будут рассмотрены редакционной коллегией.
Статьи, не прошедшие редакции и не отвечающие установленным требованиям, не будут опубликованы.
Требования к статьям и тезисам, представляемым в сборник материалов международной научно-практической конференции:
– статьи и тезисы должны быть написаны по актуальным темам, связанным с направлением конференции, они должны быть основаны на логически завершенных научных мнениях, с выдвинутыми предложениями и рекомендациями; степень изученности и методологические основы проблемы должны быть раскрыты, оригинальность текста не менее 70%
– тексты статей и тезисов должны быть в формате А4, с полями сверху и снизу 2 см, слева – 3 см, справа – 1,5 см;
– текст статей и тезисов должен быть в текстовом редакторе Word, шрифт Times New Roman, кегель 14, междустрочный интервал 1,0;
– сноски на источники и используемую литературу должны быть указаны в квадратных скобках в порядке их следования с библиографией в конце текста;
– объем предоставляемых статей и тезисов должен составлять 5-10 страниц;
– количество авторов одной статьи или тезиса не должно превышать двух лиц.
В первой строке заголовка статей и тезисов указывается их тема, во второй строке – фамилия, имя, отчество, место работы и должность автора, в третьей строке – адрес электронной почты и номер телефона, затем, пропустив одну строку, указываются аннотация и ключевые слова.
Примечание: статьи и тезисы, представленные с нарушением установленного порядка, с завышенным количеством плагиата не будут включены в сборник материалов конференции.
International Scientific and Practical Conference for Young Scholars on the Topic "Protection of Entrepreneurial Rights" will take place
The international conference, organized at the initiative of the Business Law Department and the Council of Young Scientists of Tashkent State University of Law, will begin on April 4 at 10:00.
Alongside domestic and foreign experts, students of bachelor's degree programs, independent researchers, doctoral students, and master's students conducting research on this topic are invited to participate in the conference.

Scientific articles and abstracts of participants will be accepted for inclusion in the collection until April 28 in electronic form via email at [email protected] or via Telegram at https://t.me/malikaeliboeva in MS Word (doc) format.
Note for participants of the International Scientific and Practical Conference:
Articles and abstracts for the collection of materials of the international scientific and practical conference are accepted in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages.
Articles and abstracts submitted for inclusion in the collection of materials of the international scientific and practical conference will be reviewed by the editorial board. Articles that do not pass editing and do not meet the established requirements will not be published.
Requirements for articles and abstracts submitted for inclusion in the collection of materials of the international scientific and practical conference:
Articles and abstracts should be written on relevant topics related to the conference theme, based on logically consistent scientific opinions, with proposed suggestions and recommendations; the degree of research and methodological basis of the problem should be disclosed, with text originality not less than 70%.
The texts of articles and abstracts should be in A4 format, with margins of 2 cm at the top and bottom, 3 cm on the left, and 1.5 cm on the right;
The text of articles and abstracts should be in the Word text editor, Times New Roman font, size 14, line spacing 1.0;
Citations of sources and used literature should be indicated in square brackets in the order of their occurrence with a bibliography at the end of the text;
The volume of the provided articles and abstracts should be 5-10 pages;
The number of authors of one article or abstract should not exceed two individuals.
The first line of the article and abstract title should indicate their topic, the second line should include the author's surname, first name, patronymic, place of work, and position, the third line should include the email address and phone number, then, skipping one line, the abstract and keywords should be indicated.
Note: Articles and abstracts submitted in violation of the established procedure or with an excessive amount of plagiarism will not be included in the conference materials collection.
