Xalqaro jinoyat sudi sud protsessi simulyatsiyasi bo’yicha xalqaro musobaqaga TDYU jamoasi shakllantirilmoqda

TDYU “Xalqaro huquq va inson huquqlari” kafedrasi tashabbusi bilan xalqaro jinoyat huquqi bo’yicha “International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition – 2022” xalqaro musobaqada ishtirok etish uchun universitet jamoasi shakllantirilmoqda.

Mazkur musobaqa har yili Gollandiyaning Gaaga shahrida o’tkazilib, keys asosida simulyatsiya shaklida yuzlab davlatlardan tashrif buyuruvchi huquqshunos talabalarni xalqaro jinoyat huquqi haqidagi bilimlarini oshirishga qaratilgan.

Saralash bosqichi “Xalqaro huquq va inson huquqlari” kafedrasi tomonidan 21-oktabrda o’tkaziladi. Unda ishtirok etishni istaganlar uchun quyidagi mavzular bo'yicha suhbat tashkil etiladi:

1. Xalqaro jinoyat huquqi tushunchasi, mazmuni, xalqaro jinoyat turlari.
2. Xalqaro jinoyat huquqida yurisdiksiya.
3. Xalqaro jinoyat huquqi prinsiplari.
4. Xalqaro jinoyat sudi Rim Statuti.

Musobaqa haqida to’liq ma’lumot olish uchun “Xalqaro huquq va inson huquqlari” kafedrasi (3-bino, 105-xona) o’qituvchisi Umida Sherxanovaga murojaat qilishingiz mumkin.

Формируется команда ТГЮУ для международного конкурса по международному уголовному судебному процессу

По инициативе кафедры международного права и прав человека ТГЮУ формируется команда университета для участия в конкурсе по международному уголовному праву «International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition – 2022».

Конкурс проводится ежегодно в Гааге (Нидерланды) и направлен на углубление в форме симуляции на основе кейсов знаний студентов-юристов из сотен стран в области международного уголовного права.

Отборочный этап 21 октября проведет кафедра международного права и прав человека. Для желающих участвовать в нем будет организована беседа на следующие темы:

1. Понятие, содержание, виды международного уголовного права.
2. Юрисдикция в международном уголовном праве.
3. Принципы международного уголовного права.
4. Римский статут Международного уголовного суда.

TSUL team is formed for the international contest on the international criminal court moot

On the initiative of the Department of International Law and Human Rights of TSUL, a team of the university is being formed to participate in the International Criminal Court Moot Court Contest - 2022.

The contest is held annually in The Hague (Netherlands) and aims to deepen the knowledge of law students from hundreds of countries in the field of international criminal law in the form of case simulations.

The qualifying round will be held on Oct. 21 by the Department of International Law and Human Rights. For those who wish to participate, there will be a talk on the following topics:

1. Concept, content, and types of international criminal law.
2. Jurisdiction in international criminal law.
3. Principles of international criminal law.
4. The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
