TDYUda “Huquq va globallashuv jarayoni: ingliz huquqi hamda Yevropa Ittifoqi huquqiy tizimlarining xalqaro me’yoriy asoslarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni” mavzusida xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya tashkil etiladi
Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Ingliz huquqi va Yevropa Ittifoqi huquqi kafedrasi tashabbusi bilan tashkil etilayotgan xalqaro anjuman 27-may 11:00 dan boshlab an’anaviy va onlayn formatda oʻtkaziladi.
Konferensiyada TDYU professor-o‘qituvchilari, xorijiy olimlar, xususan, Buyuk Britaniya, Slovakiya, Malayziya, Birlashgan Arab Amirliklari va boshqa davlatlardan taniqli mutaxassislar ishtirok etadi.
Anjumanda ingliz huquqi va Yevropa Ittifoqi huquqining global huquqiy tartibotdagi o‘rni, xalqaro investitsiya va arbitrajda ushbu tizimlarning ta’siri, shuningdek, tijorat huquqi, mualliflik huquqi, ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish va boshqa zamonaviy masalalar muhokama qilinadi.

В ТГЮУ состоится международная научно-практическая конференция «Право и процесс глобализации: английское право и роль правовых систем Европейского союза в формировании международных нормативных основ»
Международная конференция, организованная по инициативе кафедры английского права и права Европейского союза Ташкентского государственного юридического университета, пройдет 27 мая с 11:00 в традиционном и онлайн формате.
В конференции примут участие преподаватели ТГЮУ, зарубежные ученые, в частности, известные специалисты из Великобритании, Словакии, Малайзии, Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов и других стран.
На конференции обсуждается роль английского права и права Европейского союза в глобальном правопорядке, влияние этих систем на международные инвестиции и арбитраж, а также современные вопросы коммерческого права, авторского права, защиты данных и другие.

Tashkent State University of Law will host an international scientific and practical conference on “Law and the process of globalization: English law and the role of legal systems of the European Union in the formation of international regulatory frameworks”
The international conference, organized on the initiative of the Department of English Law and European Union Law of Tashkent State University of Law, will be held on May 27th, starting at 11:00 AM, in traditional and online formats.
The conference will be attended by TSUL faculty, foreign scientists, including well-known experts from Great Britain, Slovakia, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries.
The conference will discuss the role of English law and European Union law in the global legal order, the impact of these systems on international investment and arbitration, as well as contemporary issues of commercial law, copyright law, data protection, and others.
