TDYU professor-o‘qituvchilari xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjumanda ishtirok etdi
Yaponiyaning Keyo universiteti va Yokohama Milliy universiteti tomonidan “Contemporary Issues Surrounding Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position in Japanese Antimonopoly Act” mavzusida xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy anjuman tashkil etildi.
Mazkur xalqaro anjumanda Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Biznes huquqi kafedrasi mudiri Rustam Xursanov, Biznes huquqi kafedrasi o‘qituvchisi Doniyor Abduazizov hamda Xalqaro xususiy huquq kafedrasi o‘qituvchisi Sayidkomil Ibodullayev ishtirok etdi.
Anjumanda doirasida Rustam Xursanov “Examining the Intersection of Contract and Competition Law: Imperfect Regulation of Contract Law in ASBP Cases” mavzusida, Doniyor Abduazizov “Legal Challenges in Defining and Applying the Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position under Uzbekistan Competition Law” mavzusida ma’ruza qilib, yaponiyalik hamkasblari bilan mavzular yuzasidan fikr almashdi.
Tadbir davomida ishtirokchilar O‘zbekiston va Yaponiya milliy qonunchiligi bilan yaqindan tanishib, bu borada o‘zlarini qiziqtirgan barcha savollariga javob oldi.
Преподаватели ТГЮУ приняли участие в международной научно-практической конференции
Университет Кэйо и Йокогамский национальный университет Японии организовали международную научно-практическую конференцию на тему «Contemporary Issues Surrounding Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position in Japanese Antimonopoly Act».
В данном международном форуме приняли участие заведующий кафедрой бизнес-права Ташкентского государственного юридического университета Рустам Хурсанов, преподаватель кафедры бизнес-права Дониёр Абдуазизов и преподаватель кафедры международного частного права Сайидкомил Ибодуллаев.
В рамках конференции Рустам Хурсанов выступил с докладом на тему «Examining the Intersection of Contract and Competition Law: Imperfect Regulation of Contract Law in ASBP Cases», Дониёр Абдуазизов представил доклад на тему «Legal Challenges in Defining and Applying the Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position under Uzbekistan Competition Law», состоялся обмен мнениями с японскими коллегами по этим вопросам.
В ходе мероприятия участники ближе познакомились с национальным законодательством Узбекистана и Японии и получили ответы на все интересующие их вопросы.
Professors and Lecturers of TSUL took part in an International Scientific and Practical Conference
An international scientific and practical conference titled "Contemporary Issues Surrounding Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position in Japanese Antimonopoly Act" was organized by Keio University and Yokohama National University in Japan.
The conference was attended by Rustam Khursanov, Head of the Department of Business Law at Tashkent State University of Law, along with Doniyor Abduazizov, Lecturer at the Department of Business Law, and Sayidkomil Ibodullayev, Lecturer at the Department of International Private Law.
During the event, Rustam Khursanov delivered a presentation on "Examining the Intersection of Contract and Competition Law: Imperfect Regulation of Contract Law in ASBP Cases", while Doniyor Abduazizov presented on "Legal Challenges in Defining and Applying the Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position under Uzbekistan Competition Law". Both speakers exchanged views with their Japanese counterparts on the discussed topics.
Throughout the conference, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the national legislation of Uzbekistan and Japan, as well as receive answers to all their questions related to the subject.
