Toshkent mediatsiya markazi va Investorlar nizolarini hal qilish markazi o‘rtasida anglashinuv memorandum imzolandi
Toshkent mediatsiya markazi direktori Diyorbek Kimsanov, Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti Ingliz huquqi va Yevropa Ittifoqi huquqi kafedrasi mudiri Sardor Mamanazarov hamda kafedra professori Maged Shebaitalar Misrning Umumiy investitsiya va erkin iqtisodiy zonalar agentligi (GAFI) hamda Investorlar nizolarini hal qilish markazi (IDSC)ga tashrif buyurdi.
Tashrif davomida delegatsiya a'zolari GAFI va IDSC faoliyati bilan yaqindan tanishib, mazkur tashkilotlarning tuzilishi, vakolatlari, ish yuritish tartibi va investorlar nizolarini hal qilishda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy yondashuvlar haqida ma’lumot oldi.
Tashrif doirasida Toshkent mediatsiya markazi va Investorlar nizolarini hal qilish markazi (IDSC) o‘rtasida anglashinuv memorandumi imzolandi.
Shu munosabat bilan tashkil etilgan uchrashuvda tomonlar kelgusidagi rejalarni muhokama qildi.
Ta’kidlanganidek, mazkur memorandum ikki tashkilot o‘rtasida hamkorlikni yo‘lga qo‘yish va rivojlantirishning huquqiy asosi bo‘lib, mazkur hamkorlik O‘zbekistonda mediatsiya institutini rivojlantirish va investitsion muhitni yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
Подписан меморандум о взаимопонимании между Ташкентским центром медиации и Центром разрешения споров инвесторов
Директор Ташкентского центра медиации Дийорбек Кимсанов, заведующий кафедрой английского права и права Европейского союза Ташкентского государственного юридического университета Сардор Маманазаров и профессор кафедры Магед Шебаиталар посетили Агентство общих инвестиций и свободных экономических зон Египта (GAFI) и Центр разрешения споров инвесторов (IDSC).
Во время визита члены делегации ознакомились с деятельностью GAFI и IDSC, узнали о структуре этих организаций, их полномочиях, правилах работы и современных подходах к разрешению споров между инвесторами.
В рамках визита был подписан меморандум о взаимопонимании между Ташкентским центром медиации и Центром разрешения споров инвесторов (IDSC).
На встрече, организованной в связи с этим событием, стороны обсудили планы на будущее.
Как было отмечено, данный меморандум является правовой основой для установления и развития сотрудничества между двумя организациями, что будет способствовать развитию института медиации в Узбекистане и улучшению инвестиционного климата.
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Tashkent Mediation Center and the Investor Dispute Settlement Center
Diyorbek Kimsanov, Director of Tashkent Mediation Center; Sardor Mamanazarov, Head of the Department of English Law and European Union Law at Tashkent State University of Law; and Professor Maged Shebaitalar visited the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones of Egypt (GAFI) and the Investor Dispute Settlement Center (IDSC).
During the visit, the delegation members familiarized themselves with the activities of GAFI and IDSC, learned about the structure of these organizations, their powers, operational rules, and modern approaches to resolving disputes between investors.
Within the framework of the visit, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Tashkent Mediation Center and the Investor Dispute Settlement Center (IDSC). At the meeting organized in connection with this event, the parties discussed future plans.
It was noted that this memorandum serves as a legal basis for establishing and developing cooperation between the two organizations, which will contribute to the development of the mediation institution in Uzbekistan and the improvement of the investment climate.
