Talabalarning 249 nafari yakuniy nazoratga kiritilmadi va 44 nafari imtihon jarayonidan chetlatildi
TDYUda 6-iyun holatiga ko‘ra, 249 nafar talaba darslarni sababsiz qoldirganligi tufayli yakuniy nazorat imtihonlariga kiritilmagan. Ushbu talabalarning 42 nafari 1-bosqichda, 148 nafari 2-bosqichda, 59 nafari 3-bosqichda tahsil olayotgan yigit-qizlardir.
Shuningdek, yakuniy nazorat imtihoni jarayonida turli qoidabuzarliklarga yo‘l qo‘ygan 44 nafar talaba nazoratchilar tomonidan aniqlanib, dalolatnoma tuzilgan va imtihonlardan chetlatilgan. Imtihondan chetlatilganlarning 16 nafari 1-bosqich, 13 nafari 2-bosqich, 15 nafari 3-bosqich talabalaridir.
Bunda talabalar tomonidan imtihon jarayonida ko‘chirish, mobil aloqa va boshqa turli texnik vositalardan foydalanish holatlari aniqlangan. Ushbu talabalarga nisbatan imtihon jarayonlari tugaganidan so‘ng universitet Odob-axloq komissiyasi tomonidan ichki tartib qoidalar hamda Akademik halollik talablarini buzilishi bo‘yicha tegishli chora ko‘rish masalasi ko‘rib chiqiladi.
249 студентов не допущены к итоговому контролю и 44 отстранены от экзаменов
По состоянию на 6 июня 249 студентов Ташкентского государственного юридического университета не были допущены к итоговым контрольным экзаменам из-за пропуска занятий по неуважительной причине. Из них 42 студента учатся на первом курсе, 148 – на втором и 59 – на третьем курсе.
Кроме того, наблюдателями выявлены 44 студента, допустившие различные нарушения при проведении итогового контроля, по данному факту составлен акт и студенты отстранены от экзаменов. Из них 16 студентов учатся на первом курсе, 13 – на втором и 15 – на третьем курсе.
Выявлены случаи списания, использования студентами мобильных телефонов и других технических устройств. По окончании экзаменационных процессов Комиссия по этике университета рассмотрит вопрос принятия соответствующих мер в связи с нарушением данными студентами внутренних правил и требований академической честности.

As of June 6, 249 students of TSUL were not allowed to take final exams because they missed 25 percent contact hours of their classes. Of these, 117 were students of criminal justice faculty, 80 of public law faculty, 39 of international law and comparative legislation faculty, and 13 of private law faculty. Specifically, 42 students are in their first year, 148 of them are in their second year, and 59 students are in their third year.
In addition, observers found that 44 students have committed various violations during the final exams.
In particular, 10 students of public law faculty and 9 students of private law faculty were suspended from examinations due to illegal actions revealed by observers, 10 students of criminal justice faculty were suspended for bringing to the exam mobile phones, and other students were suspended for allowing to write off information and use Bluetooth headphones, 15 students of international law and comparative legislation faculty were suspended for writing-off from the platform, using cribs and mobile phones. An act was drawn up on this fact and the violators were suspended from exams.
16 students who were suspended from exams are studying in the first year, 13 of them are in the second year, and 15 students are in the third year.
