Xalqaro tijorat arbitraji bo‘yicha qisqa yozgi kurs boshlandi
Toshkent davlat yuridik universitetida “TSUL Vis Moot” jamoasi, Tijorat huquqini rivojlantirish dasturi (CLDP) TSUL va Toshkent shahridagi Xalqaro Vestminster universiteti hamkorligida tashkil etilayotgan yozgi kurs mashg‘ulotlari 30-avgustga qadar davom etadi.
Kurs mashg‘ulotlarini White & Case LLP huquq firmasi taniqli huquqshunoslari Dmitriy Gusev va Robin Lyu olib boradi.
Mashg‘ulotlar doirasida ishtirokchilar xalqaro tijorat arbitraji bo‘yicha foydali ma’lumotlarga ega bo‘ladi.
Начался летний курс по международному коммерческому арбитражу
Занятия летнего курса, организованного командой TSUL Vis Moot Ташкентского государственного юридического университета совместно с Программой развития коммерческого права (CLDP) и Международного Вестминстерского университета в Ташкенте, продолжатся до 30 августа.
Курс проведут известные юристы престижной юридической фирмы White & Case LLP Дмитрий Гусев и Робин Лю.
В ходе занятий участники получат полезную информацию по международному коммерческому арбитражу.
The summer course on International Commercial Arbitration has started
The summer course, organized by the TSUL Vis Moot team of Tashkent State University of Law in collaboration with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and the International Westminster University in Tashkent, will continue until August 30.
The course will be led by renowned lawyers Dmitry Gusev and Robin Liu from the prestigious law firm White & Case LLP.
During the sessions, participants will receive valuable information on international commercial arbitration.
