Case: 387 leads for Dubai real estate agency

This is Kirill Anisimov, founder of the international traffic agency ANISIMOV.

We work with a foreign market and set up a target for clients from the USA, Canada, UAE, Europe with budgets from $500 to $15.000.

About the client

High-end real estate agency in Dubai.

There are several prospect databases, they provide services in selecting or selling of real estate in the premium segment. The cost of the property is unlimited, it starts from $670.000.

Customer Pain:

  • few applications, mostly low quality
  • a lot of cold calls
  • few sales

A task:

Bring leads so that there is a steady flow of customers that are most interested in purchasing.

Placement

The client already had a good Instagram account. But as per my own experience that it’s not always profitable to drive traffic even to a cool-looking Instagram. Discussed and identified two work platforms:

  • Facebook lead form
    They do not require such labor costs like the creation of landing pages and are convenient for product testing. They help you understand how the campaign works and how users are interested in the product.
  • Agency landing page
    It is very convenient for this, since you can place more information to convince the client: the differences from competitors, and the main thing is the examination.
It doesn’t sound difficult, but you need to test a large number of countries, determine hypotheses, offers and audience segments to get to the point.

The audience:

The agency had information about the geography of the most high-quality leads - these are clients from Germany, France, Russia and Dubai, so we focused more on these locations.

Of the 387 leads, more than 100 people showed interest in acquiring the real estate. For the first month there were 30 impressions and many made a deal.

We got an excellent result: during the working process, one of the leads purchased a property worth $820.000.
